Recently renovated venue, fine food, excellant location almost in the very centre of the town. Location so close to the most interesting sightseeings, shops and restaurants/bars, and the touristic areas. Plus, an easy walk to Mother Bulgaria Plazza. Enjoyable neat rooms with decent views over the old town, and a TV set and heating.

Best breakfast on our Bulgaria trip! Nice staff. We booked a room with terrace, it was great! From 18 - 20h free aperitif à discretion. Super location, about 200 meters from the busy Vitosha Street, but in the quarter - in our opinion - there are the more beautiful and authentic restaurants, bars and shops. It's right in the center. We will only book this hotel in Sofia!
Parking space in the yard was a little narrow, a hotel employee parked loosely on request.

Lovely and excellent place, I greatly enjoyed great personnel.
Everything was GREAT, so were particularly good views of the town. It had brilliant and super location next to the important attractions of Veliko and restaurants and main attractions.

Love the kitchen! Couldn't comment a restorant as far as we have always asked for food upstairs (were with a little kid). Stunning view from balcony & windows. Absolutely best location (to compare with two other 4**** hotels from our point of view).
Water in swimming pool was 22.5 degrees all the time. However, no one was using it because of that besides ourself - no crowd ever :). & Hotel elevator is far too small.

The room is getting old and a renovation would be good. The Wifi was very slow.

Our room was modern, quiet, with a clean bathroom, and had a great view, but the mattresses were old.

Staff was OK, the hotel has it's own parking place for free.
The water from the inside pool had 20 degrees... nobody can swim in such cold water. The laundry was not changed from the past tourist.

The swimming pool, the quietness of neighborhood, the location (everything walking distance), the comfort of beds (twin beds), the good functionning of the air con, the big bathroom (apparently more recent than the room), the garage for our car
